Sharon Leighty & Co. brings nonprofit management and business experience to small- to mid-size organizations seeking to manage their limited resources more effectively and creatively.

Services include planning and implementing development and capital campaigns, developing major gifts and annual programs, grant writing, building organizational capacity, managing special projects, and coaching for Executive Directors and Development Directors.

An active community volunteer, Sharon donates 15 hours of her professional services each month to organizations throughout Oregon. She is also dedicated to promoting philanthropy in Oregon and volunteers throughout the community.

Sharon loves her lifestyle in Central Oregon. Often you will find her working from her RV in rural communities. She loves to play in our great outdoors and is an avid quilter.
